Call service of guests is indicated

Another valuable function of Dinnn system is the service display. The guest has on his iPod a "call" button on the home page, which is similar to the service call on planes or in hospitals. By clicking on the "call" button, a signal is immediately sent to the indicator iPod (iPad), which is located on the wall at a visible place for the service staff. At the same time, the waiter receives a notification on his iPod, telling which guest at which table is asking for service. After the guest's service, the waiter can delete the call message on his own iPod. Through statistics in the system, it can be determined how fast the waiter reacts on the call service on average. Through this mechanism, waiters are informed faster of the customer's service call. At the same time, statistics motivate the waiter to improve more and more the reaction time and therefore job performance.
